Dr. Joel Plumas is immunologist and co-inventor of the PDC*vac technology. He was director the “Immunobiology and Immunotherapy of cancers” R&D lab of the French blood bank (EFS) where he coordinated the development of the project from bench to bedside, including IP, manufacturing and regulatory aspects.
